2. Services Offered

RisePoint Ed Foundation provides:

• Educational programs and bootcamps
• One-on-one and group mentorship services
• Career guidance and scholarship support
• Language learning programs
• Leadership training and skill development workshops
• Student club chapters and community initiatives

3. Registration and Eligibility

To participate in our programs:

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Paid Programs and Mentorship:

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed before accessing paid programs or mentorship sessions
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the program/session start date. No refunds after this period unless the program is canceled by RisePoint Ed Foundation
• If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or credit toward another program

5. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Respect mentors, instructors, and fellow participants
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute program materials without permission
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Attend sessions punctually and participate actively

We reserve the right to terminate access to services for any violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, logos, and intellectual property provided by RisePoint Ed Foundation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission
• Use our name, logo, or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platforms

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality education and mentorship:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, admissions, job placements, or scholarship awards
• Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program or service

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By RisePoint Ed Foundation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified and offered a refund or alternative dates.

By Participants: You may cancel your registration subject to our refund policy (see Section 4). Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external sites. Use them at your own discretion.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
